Mayflour Bakery & Cafe started with a simple belief: that the best bread comes from patience, quality ingredients, and a community that cares where its food comes from.

Located on Teaticket Highway in Falmouth, we've been baking for our neighbors since day one. Every sourdough loaf is fermented slowly, every pastry is laminated by hand, and every cup of coffee is pulled to order. We source from local farms whenever we can, and we change our menu with the seasons because that's what good food demands.

Whether you're grabbing a quick coffee before work, settling in for a slow breakfast on the weekend, or ordering a cake for a celebration — we're glad you're here.
